If you have just entered the transfer request, no worries. Contact our Client Services Team on 0800 829 888 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can remove the transfer so you can start again. If the transfer has already been sent to IRD, let us know and we will work with you to try to have the mistake rectified.
