The different communication preferences determine what emails you (or someone else associated with that account) receive when transacting with TMNZ.

No transactions: You will receive no emails from TMNZ regarding quotes, requests and payment reminders entered on behalf of a taxpayer you manage. Please note that if you have ‘Provisional Tax Date Reminders’ ticked, you will receive these.

My transactions: You will receive emails from TMNZ for quotes, requests or payment reminders for

transactions you entered on behalf of a taxpayer you manage.

All transactions: You will receive all emails from TMNZ regarding quotes, requests or payment reminders entered on behalf of a taxpayer you manage, irrespective of who entered the transaction. This is the highest level of notifications you can receive.

Provisional tax reminders: You can opt to receive reminders for upcoming provisional tax due dates (usually three times a year), without receiving any other transaction-related emails listed above. This is usually only applicable for taxpayers who are depositors into the pool.
