Absolutely. Open the side menu bar and click on their name. Once on their dashboard, click ‘Taxpayer Details’, edit the relevant fields and click ‘Update Account’.

Yes, when adding a new taxpayer, you will be able to add other taxpayers who are part of the same group at the end of the registration process. Simply click the ‘Add Other Taxpayers’ box.

Easy. Log into the taxpayer’s dashboard by searching them in ‘My Taxpayers’ and clicking their name. Click ‘Manage Users’ and you will be able to edit what role each user linked to that account has.
