Absolutely. Open the side menu bar and click on their name. Once on their dashboard, click ‘Taxpayer Details’, edit the relevant fields and click ‘Update Account’.

Yes, when adding a new taxpayer, you will be able to add other taxpayers who are part of the same group at the end of the registration process. Simply click the ‘Add Other Taxpayers’ box.

Once in the dashboard, go to the left hand side menu, select Taxpayer Accounts. From there click on Add New Taxpayer. You’ll be prompted to add details about the taxpayer as in the below screen.

Add a taxpayer as you normally would. A message will appear at the bottom of the screen saying the taxpayer is already registered and asking if you would like TMNZ to contact the registered owner of the account. Click continue. You will be granted access once the registered account owner confirms your request.
